Last Friday night it snowed ~ 3 inches! It was the first measurable snow in Charleston in 10 years. We had a lot of fun playing in it! It was the first time I'd seen snow fall since I moved to Charleston (except maybe once on a ski slope?), so I was ready to play too! Friday evening after watching the news, we noticed that it had started snowing. Trey took Alicia outside and said, "Look it is snowing! Have you ever seen anything like this?" Alicia resonded, "Yeah, on TV." Duh Daddy! We just saw it on the news!
Ready to play!
Alicia was very sheepish at first and wasn't comfortable with the snow. But by the end of the day she had fun in it. We built 2 snowmen and several little snowmen that Alicia let go down her slide. We also had some fun snowball tossing, and we all made snow angels! One of Alicia's favorite parts was wearing her new black & pink boots with polka-dots. She is ready for rain so she can find more puddles again!
Our little snow angel!
Zachary is comfy and warm outside in the snow!
